Rhythms in shadows

The two pictures in this project were inspired by shadows in the woods. They went through multiple stages with an increased level of abstraction and diverted into two directions - land and water. Starting from the landscape of woods and ending up with one of them suggesting water surface may be puzzling but what I captured was ‘Rhythms in shadows’.
